Oil tourism is the engine of our company and encompasses our two passions, olive oil and hospitality.
We invite you to follow our day to day in the production of Àuria extra virgin olive oil.
In the morning we will select the olive trees of the local varieties Farga, Morruda and Sevillenca. We will pick the olives using the traditional techniques so that in the afternoon, in our olive mill, we can elaborate the AOVE that gives name to the Àuria farmhouse. They will be able to enjoy the whole elaboration process and will discover in their own hand the best kept secret of the “Serra de Cardó-Boix”.
Out of season, we offer a guided tasting of the different varieties of the area under the centenary olive trees of the Calambrell farm and a guided tour of our traditional olive oil mill.
